Alexandre Makaronidis, project lead and head of the GFS quality management and government accounting unit at Eurostat, talks to Public Finance International about the next steps for the potential introduction of European Public Sector Accounting Standards. 

He spoke during a CIPFA/EY conference in Brussels on the recent Eurostat report into International Public Sector Accounting Standards implementation across the European Union.
